Really cool sculpture of Tagore

Tagore, the famous and beloved Indian Poet, Scholar, Activist, and Nobel Prize Winner is depicted here quite creatively. I don't know where this sculpture is located, I found the pictures here

a figure 8 on 8/08/08!

On the eighth day of the eighth month of the eighth year of the twenty first century the number eight appears in one of the fields of Wiltshire.

The number eight is a very meaningful number to the Chinese as it is also to many religions of the world.

The sheer scale of this formation is a marvel to behold. Many people were walking among its many circles in awe and wonder

there are many more crop circle pictures, as well as an interpretation here

Ayurvedic Spices Being Used to Fight Cancer

Seeking to improve on nature, scientists used a spice-based compound as a starting point and developed synthetic molecules that, in lab settings, are able to kill cancer cells and stop the cells from spreading.
The researchers are combining organic chemistry, computer-aided design and molecular biology techniques in developing and testing pharmaceutical compounds that can fight breast and prostate cancer cells. The synthetic molecules are derived from curcumin, a naturally occurring compound found in the spice turmeric.
